Band history

The current members of Bad Radiator began playing together in the 80s; then as the band called Grace. When the Swedish director Staffan Hildebrand needed a title song for his new film 'Ingen Kan Älska Som Vi' (”No one can love like us”) (1988), Grace stepped on board and wrote the hit song by the same name. The film starred Swedish model, singer and actress Izabella Scorupco.

Parts of Grace became Bad Radiator in 2012 with Mikael Lundgren as lead singer.

The music of Bad Radiator is influenced both by Rock and Pop, labeled by the band and reviewers as “Melodic Rock” or "Album Oriented Rock" (AOR). All band members are influenced by hard rock and symphonic rock, and by bands like Saga, Marillion, Toto, Michael Schenker Group and Rush.
